Sculpted in zbrush as a base for texturing, then painted up in 3D coat and PS. Low poly in 3Ds Max. Render in Marmoset.
For the pedestal, I rendered the highpoly flat from above (texture image), applied it to a flat plane and extruded a low poly from the texture. Really have to give the stones a slant/bevel otherwise when you extrude upwards you'll lose fidelity. Thanks to those who gave feedback and thank you for looking!
